Regions Birth Center
ESI provided consulting services to BWBR for the new Regions Hospital Family Birth Center. The site is in downtown St. Paul next to the interchange of Interstate 94 and Interstate 35E. Traffic noise at the site was monitored, noise transmission calculations were prepared, and recommendations were developed to reduce traffic noise levels in the future birthing rooms. Other areas of our analysis included room-to-room sound isolation, HVAC noise and vibration control, and lobby room acoustics. Rendering courtesy of BWBR.
