Congratulations to Ryan Skoug of ESI Engineering on attaining the Institute of Noise Control Engineering (INCE) Board Certification in Acoustics and Noise Control! He is the only engineer in the state with this certification. Ryan is also licensed in the State of Oregon as a Professional Acoustical Engineer. Oregon is the only state that licenses engineers specifically in the field of acoustics.
