4Marq is a new luxury apartment building located on a fast growing mixed-use block in downtown Minneapolis adjacent to bus and LRT mass-transit. ESI Engineering’s noise control engineers were a part of the design team for this 30-story 261-unit tower.
We provided detailed noise control analysis and design recommendations for:
- LRT and bus noise transmission into apartments,
- HVAC indoor and outdoor noise, and
- Demising wall and floor design
