This high profile mixed-use development is located near the new Minnesota Vikings stadium and downtown park. The project houses 1.2 Million SF of office space in two identical 17-story towers for 5,000-6,000 employees.
Our design services included atrium acoustics, noise and vibration control for dry coolers, air handling equipment, pumps and boilers, as well as partition type specification to reduce noise transmission from equipment within the building. Services also included noise and vibration control for three 2 MW generators to meet Minneapolis and MPCA code requirements.
